Wooden Böhm Fluteheads
These fluteheads can be adjusted to fit most Böhm System Flutes to get a more 'wooden' sound. It is an option for players who would like to play a wooden flute, but have troubles with the wider spacing of the noteholes on a wooden flute.
Our wooden flute heads are made either from African Blackwood or Honduras Rosewood. Other timbers are available from time to time or on special order. They can be made either with carved lip-plate or as plain head without a lip-plate but simply a bigger cylinder.
